2.  Concurrent Sessions:

In addition to the plenary sessions on Friday evening and Saturday morning, delegates will also participate in three concurrent sessions on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Please indicate by number your choices in order of preference for the Saturday "A", "B" and "C" concurrent sessions. These concurrent sessions will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (See the complete list of Concurrent Sessions)

Registration confirmation, nametags and session tickets will be mailed to those who register by February 26. Registrations after February 26 will receive their packages at the Mayfield Inn and Trade Centre beginning at 5:30 p.m. Friday, March 12.

If you register by fax, include this original when you mail in your payment.

All cancellations are subject to a $30 processing fee.
